Presidents Day Closures Scheduled for Monday
City Hall, the public library, BHUSD schools, USPS offices and banks observe the federal holiday.
, the and the will be closed Monday, Feb. 20, in observance of Presidents Day.
United States Postal Service offices are also closed for the day, along with banks and credit unions.
Originally known as Washington's Birthday, the federal holiday was established in honor of George Washington, the nation's first president. It is observed on the third Monday in February each year, around the time of Washington's Feb. 22 birthday.
