Obama Visits L.A. Wednesday for 'Tonight Show'

The president is making an appearance on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," which is taped in Burbank.

President Barack Obama will return Wednesday to Los Angeles to appear on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.

Obama will land at Los Angeles International Airport on Wednesday afternoon after campaign stops in Iowa and Colorado. After the taping, he will fly out of LAX to Las Vegas for another event.

The Tonight Show tapes in Burbank. The president's travel plans, including whether he will travel via motorcade or helicopter, have not yet been announced.

When Obama attended a fundraiser at George Clooney's Studio City home in May, he flew via helicopter from LAX to the Burbank airport, where his motorcade was waiting for him.

Unless he rides through BH, this will not impact traffic here. PLEASE take a helicopter.

We understand Obama likes being a celebrity more than he enjoys being president. Will he ever come down off his high horse and speak to the middle class like he claims to do when he is on TV or at another celebrity fundraiser?
