The Beverly Hills home that music legend Elvis Presley once shared with his wife Priscilla has hit the market for $12,995,000.

Located at 1174 N. Hillcrest Road in the exclusive Trousdale Estates neighborhood, the 5,367-square-foot home has 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, sits on 1.18 acres of land and boasts panoramic city-to-ocean views, according to its listing. The gated residence is in the French Regency style and has recently been remodeled. Features include floor-to-ceiling windows and glass walls, a pool and spa, and a guesthouse.

The Presleys bought the estate in 1967. It was sold in 1973, the year Elvis and Priscilla divorced. The home has been renting at a monthly rate of $20,000 to $25,000, according to media reports.
