The will be closed during the long Labor Day weekend, Saturday, Sept. 1 through Monday, Sept. 3.
When it reopens on Tuesday, Sept. 4, the library will start staying open until 9 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays. The new hours are as follows:
- Mon-Thurs 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Fri-Sat 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Sun 12-5 p.m.
Library renovations are underway and will continue for another month. During construction, the passports desk can be found in the Rexford Lobby. The circulation desk is temporarily located near the New Books area.
City Hall will be closed Monday, Sept. 3 for Labor Day.
