Bus Crash in Beverly Hills Injures 15 People

A Metro bus rear-ends a double-decker tour bus on Wilshire on Sunday.

A bus crash in Beverly Hills on Sunday injured as many as 15 people, according to KTLA.com.

The news outlet reported that a Metropolitan Transportation Authority bus rear-ended a double-decker City Sights LA tour bus on Wilshire Boulevard near Linden Drive at about 3:30 p.m., according to Sgt. Robert Maycott.

"Of the 20 to 25 people on the MTA bus, 15 people complained of injuries" such as cuts and bruises, Maycott told KTLA.com.

It was reported that nine people were transported to a local hospital but none of the injuries were life threatening. The tour bus was parked at the time and did not have any passengers.
