Sugar cravings and fruit go hand in hand. Here are three places in Beverly Hills where you can splurge on fruit-filled decadence any time of the day.
1) Tarte Tatin Bakery
After stumbling upon a yummy looking blueberry tart at Tarte Tatin Bakery, I had to test its quality. The flaky pastry has a strong almond flavor, which blends well with the vanilla creme filling. The highlight of course is the blueberries, which are just firm enough to be crunchy and just sugary enough to make the tart craving-worthy.

2) Harajuku Crepe
This crepe place was previously mentioned in for filling flavored crepes with fruit-topped ice cream and more. At , buyers choose just how much fruit they want, along with crepe batter flavor, the filling and the ice cream. There are so many great combinations, but here is what I went with: green tea batter, strawberries, Nutella filling and green tea ice cream. The ice cream had the lightness of gelato and an unexpected level of tartness that mixed nicely with the strawberry chunks.
Price for a very berry dessert: $3-6, depending on toppings and choice of ice cream. (Mine cost $5.50.)

3) Crumbs Bake Shop
Fruit takes on a sweet twist in the Raspberry Swirl Cupcake at . The vanilla cake center is filled with gooey raspberry preserve very similar to that of a jelly donut—only more gourmet in presentation. Topped with vanilla cream cheese frosting and more raspberry preserve, it's raspberry-flavored bliss through and through.
Price for a very berry dessert: $4.50 each.
