Or you can enjoy a cocktail reception, four-course dinner with wine pairings and dancing at the all-inclusive gala celebration in the Marquesa Ballroom. At the Belvedere, diners have two options for New Year's Eve. Starting at 6 p.m., patrons can enjoy a four-course early seating menu for $150 per person excluding drinks. Those looking for a later start to the evening can make reservations starting at 9 p.m. for the six-course Gala Menu, which costs $250 per person excluding drinks. Those enjoying the Gala Menu will have complimentary access to a live band and dancing at The Living Room in the lobby level of the hotel.
