It's been a wait, but the acclaimed intimate prix fixe dining experience of celebrity chef Curtis Stone's Maude is set to open Feb. 1 at 212 South Beverly Dr., according to EaterLA.
Stone's Maude will be a small, 25-seat restaurant with an open kitchen, which will feature a host of esteemed chefs from around the world in addition to Stone's involvement, according to Eater.
Reservations can already be made for the Maude dining experience, and it will serve dinner only Tuesday through Saturday with the first seating at 5 p.m.
