9021Pho Has Big Plans Beyond Beverly Hills

The healthy Vietnamese noodle shop 9021Pho, which started at 460 North Beverly Dr., is on a path toward regional and national expansion, reports LA Magazine.

Its owner, Kimmy Tang, sees loyal and repeat customers since taking over the space four years ago and offers a growing menu of flavorful cuisines from East Asia. After three expansions in L.A. County and two more on the way, Tang says she plans to go to New York and beyond.

And a new concept of 9021Pho 2Go will open next year at Wilshire Boulevard and Normandie Avenue, the magazine reports.
