Preliminary Court Date Set for Man Charged in Beverly Hills Murder
James Duane Grzeslo is charged with killing his girlfriend.
A preliminary hearing date has been scheduled for a man charged with killing his girlfriend in her Beverly Hills apartment.
James Duane Grzeslo will return to court Sept. 10.
Grzeslo previously pleaded not guilty in connection with the slaying of 58-year-old Cathy Carrasco-Zanini.
The 54-year-old man was charged with one count of murder for allegedly killing his girlfriend with a knife.
