Blog: Beverly Hills Firefighters Bring Christmas Joy to Local Hospitals

Members of the city's fire department visit children at two local hospitals.

This year the Beverly Hills Firefighters continued their annual Christmas Day tradition of distributing toys to infirmed children at local hospitals.

Some toys were donated by the public, while others were purchased by the Beverly Hills Firefighters' Association

Fire Engineer Mitch Furman took on the "Santa" responsibilities this Christmas as a BHFA crew joined him at both Cedars-Sinai and UCLA Children's Hospital visiting the children.

"It's heartwarming to see the smile on the kid's faces when we show up," Firefighter/Paramedic James Charron said.

The Beverly Hills Firefighters would like to thank the community for its generous support by donating truckloads of gifts this year.
