'Princess Bride' Showing at Beverly Canon Gardens This Weekend

Don't miss out on this free, family-friendly activity Sunday, Sept. 9.

This weekend is your last chance to attend the city-sponsored "Sunday Movie Nights" at .

Sunday at 8 p.m. the whole family is invited to see Princess Bride, the classic '80s fairy tale adventure that follows a kidnapped princess whose true love, Westley, tries to rescue her from an evil prince. The movie is rated PG. It will be shown on a 20-foot inflatable screen.

Free parking is available in the city lot at 241 N. Canon Drive. Just bring your parking ticket to the Concert Information table to get a free parking coupon.

Grab a blanket or some lawn chairs, pack a picnic basket and enjoy the show! Any chairs and tables already in the park are available on a first come, first serve basis.
