Chamber of commerce recognizes Beverly Hills' top business leaders during festive evening at L'Ermitage Hotel.

For the 11th year, the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce alongside Randy Fuhrman Events coordinated and designed the stunning Golden Palm Awards for business excellence on the rooftop of the L’Ermitage Hotel.

The Chamber recognized exemplary business leaders by presenting awards to Pioneer Hardware for “Community Support – Small Business,” Luxe Rodeo Drive Hotel for “Community Support – Large Business,” Randy Fuhrman Events for “Innovation – Small Business,” The Agency for “Innovation – Large Business,” Simon’s Caterers & Special Events “Above & Beyond – Small Business,” and Whole Foods Market Beverly Hills for “Above & Beyond – Large Business.”

Beverly Hills native Daisy Tormé, actress, singer, TV and radio presenter, and the daughter of jazz legend Mel Tormé and British Actress Janette Scott, was the emcee for the evening. The recipients received beautiful plaques from Tiffany and Co. presented by Alex Stettinski, the executive director of the chamber of commerce.

The evening included two stunning musical performances. During the poolside cocktail hour, the Electric Angels, an electric string trio mingled with the crowd, performing unique new arrangements of pop and rock hits.

Following the cocktail hour guests such as Beverly Hills John Mirisch, State Sen. Ted Lieu, and Assemblymember Richard Bloom made way past the ornate auction, which featured items graciously donated by Beverly Hills businesses.

Guests were also addressed by John Bendheim, Beverly Hills Chamber board of directors president.

A phenomenal opera quartet called Aria serenaded the crowd after the dinner and awards ceremony, bringing a pitch perfect ending to the evening. Wells Fargo, Sprint, Rothstein Kass, Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills and Torrey Pines Bank were the generous sponsors for the event.
