The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences presents "The Fantastical Worlds of Ray Harryhausen"

The work of stop-motion animation and visual effects pioneer Ray Harryhausen has been delighting movie lovers and inspiring other filmmakers for generations. With unprecedented cooperation from, and access to, the Ray Harryhausen collection, an incredible array of original models, drawings, storyboards and behind-the-scenes photographs will be on view in the Academy's Fourth Floor Gallery, demonstrating the ingenious filmmaking process of Harryhausen.

Public viewing hours:  Tuesday – Friday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.  Saturday – Sunday: Noon to 6 p.m.

Closed Mondays. The gallery will also be closed Sunday, May 30 and Sunday, July 4.
