PHOTOS: Centennial Cake-Tasting Time

Before you make a 10-foot cake, you first gotta make sure it tastes good.

Lili Bosse couldn't have picked a tastier time to become Beverly Hills mayor.

Installed just last month, Bosse will oversee the city's centennial celebration, featuring a 10-feet high, 15-feet wide, 20-feet long birthday cake that is expected to feed 15,000 people.

But it still has to taste good.

Guittard Chocolate Company’s corporate executive pastry chef, Donald Wressell, offered some cake tasting today at the Luxe Hotel Rodeo Drive.

The Beverly Hills 100 Block Party on Rodeo Drive is set for April 27.
