Monday Essentials: Great Books Discussion Group Meets and More

Here are five things residents of Beverly Hills need to know today.

1.  The Beverly Hills Great Books Discussion Group is scheduled to meet from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday on the second floor of the Beverly Hills Public Library, located at 444 North Rexford Drive, in Meeting Room North. 2. All Saints' Episcopal Church offers "The Monday Meal" for the homeless at 2 p.m. at 504 North Camden Drive. Those interested in volunteering can show up at 1:30 p.m. in Lower Sweetland Hall. For more information, send an email to Debbie Gauer at dgauer@allsaintsbh.org.

3. Know of a business in Beverly Hills opening or closing? Tell Patch who’s moving in and moving out in Beverly Hills.
