'Maron' is based on comedian Marc Maron's life and 'WTF' podcast.

The Paley Center for Media in Beverly Hills will present "Comedy Nirvana! An Evening With 'Maron'" on Tuesday, with star-creator Marc Maron and members of the cast and creative team of "Maron" participating in a conversation featuring clips from the first-year IFC comedy.

The program will begin at 7 p.m. Tickets are $20, $15 for center members.

The panel discussion will be streamed live at PaleyCenter.org/live beginning at 7:30 p.m.

Executive producer Jim Serpico, executive producer-writers Sivert Glarum and Michael Jamin and director-guest star Bobcat Goldthwait are also scheduled to participate in the discussion.

"Maron" premiered May 3 and is based on his life and "WTF" podcast. The series chronicles his day-to-day struggles to maintain relationships other than with his podcast audience and three cats.

"Celebrating media's most original comedic voices has always been a facet of the Paley Center's mission to illuminate media's impact on our culture and lives and Marc Maron truly fits that bill," said Rene Reyes, the center's director of public programs & festivals.

"His 'WTF' podcast and now his IFC series 'Maron,' not only capture Marc's unique comedic vision, but they provide audiences with an often unguarded and always funny window inside the minds of some of the most gifted comedians and performers working today."

Additional event details are available on the center's website, paleycenter.org.
