Man Accused of Robbery Attempt Makes Court Appearance

Floyd Nelson is expected to return to court next month.

A pretrial hearing for a man accused of trying to rob a Beverly Hills restaurant was postponed this week.

Floyd Nelson, along with Felton Bradford, also known as Alonso Harris, is accused of an attempted robbery in 2008 at Lawry's The Prime Rib restaurant at 100 North La Cienega Blvd.

Nelson was wounded in a shooting which involved undercover police officers during the botched robbery attempt.

Nelson appeared in court on Thursday.

However, his hearing was postponed, and he is expected to return to court on Tuesday, Sept. 10, for a pretrial hearing.
