Five Things: Public Works Commission Meeting, Concerts on Canon and More

Here are five things residents of Beverly Hills need to know today.

1. There will be a meeting of the Public Works Commission from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in Room 280-A at City Hall.

2. Concerts on Canon continue with performances at 6 p.m. and 7:15 p.m.  by the group, Hollywood Klezmer, at the Beverly Canon Gardens located at 241 North Canon Drive.

3. An "Awesome 80s Movie Night" for "tweens" is scheduled to take place from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the auditorium of the Beverly Hills Public Library.

4. Need to fill your gas tank? The lowest price for gas is $3.99 per gallon, according to GasBuddy.com. Find it at the Shell station at 391 South Robertson Blvd. at West Olympic Boulevard.
