Beverly Hills Farmers' Market Seeks Vendors

Those who sell beef and cut flowers are urged to apply.

The weekly Beverly Hills Farmers' Market is looking for a few new vendors.

The certified market, which currently boasts more than 60 vendors, is in need of a beef vendor and vendors who sell cut flowers, according to Market Manager Greta Dunlap.

Any prospective beef vendors "have to be raising cows in California," Dunlap said. They must also have proof that their meat processing is done in a United States Department of Agriculture facility.

Flower vendors must grow all of their own flowers within the state of California, according to Dunlap.

The Beverly Hills Farmers' Market, which is held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Sunday, is located on Civic Center Drive between Third Street and Santa Monica Boulevard.
