Drop-in Wednesday Conversation & Mindfulness Meditation Classes

This is an on-going, secular,and easy to learn class aimed at teaching you  practical ways to incorporate  the foundation of mindfulness into your everyday life  and get started with your mindful living. You can attend as many classes as you wish throughout each session.

Course objectives:

  • To learn/practice mindfulness meditation in a variety of forms (sitting, standing, walking, moving, and more)
  • To bring awareness to everyday activities
  • To explore new possibilities in life
  • To integrate mindfulness in every day life (work, leisure, relationships)
Wednesday pm Class:    July 10- August 28, 2013, 6:30 pm-8:00 pm, at Rumi Rooms. $20 per class, or $30 for two people who attend together.
