Beverly Hills Relay for Life Nets Over $56K

The fundraiser for the American Cancer Society takes place at El Rodeo Elementary School Saturday.

 

The Beverly Hills edition of the annual Relay for Life raised $56,822.50 for the fight against cancer Saturday, according to the event's website.

Eighteen teams and 190 people participated in the fundraiser for the American Cancer Society.

The relay was scheduled to begin after an opening ceremony and a victory lap by cancer survivors.
