Armed Robbery Suspects Still at Large

The three suspects used two handguns to rob a victim early Sunday at Olympic and South Beverly.

Beverly Hills police were led on a car and foot chase early Sunday by three men alleged to have committed an armed robbery.

At about 1:45 a.m. Sunday morning three black men aged 20-25 allegedly robbed a victim at West Olympic Boulevard and South Beverly Drive, according to Beverly Hills Lt. Mark Rosen. The suspects used two handguns—one revolver and one automatic—to rob the victim of a wallet containing credit cards and $17 cash before fleeing the scene in a car, Rosen said.

"The vehicle was spotted at Olympic and Robertson, and went south to Pico," Rosen said. When Beverly Hills police attempted to pursue the trio, they ditched their car and fled into the nearby residential neighborhood, according to Rosen.
